HelixAmp™ Fast RT-LAMP Lyo-Cake [Green] (V3) is a lyophilized one-step premix for loop-mediated isothermal amplification (RT-LAMP) of RNA targets. It is optimized to minimize non-specific product formation during isothermal amplification. Lyophilization removes moisture from the premix, enabling convenient room-temperature storage and shipment. Simply rehydrate with RNase-free water together with primers and the RNA template to start the reaction. The premix contains engineered Bst DNA polymerase, green fluorescent dye, thermostable reverse transcriptase (RTase), RNase inhibitor, dNTPs, Mg²⁺, salts, and stabilizers. When used with an appropriate LAMP primer set, the target can be amplified within 30 minutes. The thermostable RTase is fully active at ~60℃, enabling one-step RT-LAMP at a constant temperature.
